Select ‘Microsoft’ as the ‘Manufacturer’ and scroll to the bottom of the ‘Model’ list for ‘XINPUT compatible HID device’.Click ‘Browse my computer…’ then ‘Let me pick from a list’.Go to ‘Driver’ tab, click ‘Update Driver…’.Under ‘General’ tab, click ‘Change settings’.Go to ‘Hardware’ tab, click the ‘HID-compliant game controller’.Right-click controller and click ‘Properties’.If you do this and mess up the install, you may need to completely remove the device and reinstall it, so make sure you know how to find that info before continuing. I’ve now tested this on two PCs and it works like a charm. Basically I just changed the ‘HID-compliant game controller’ of the device to ‘XINPUT compatible HID device’ and it started working again ![]() Just got it working today and thought I’d share, in the event this can help others.
